   2. If the challenge isn't lost as the service will still be ongoing.

2. ON ACCOUNTS THAT WERE STARTING FRESH WITH SCFUNDED. ANY ACCOUNT THAT IS ALREADY STARTED OR IN DRAWDOWN WON'T BE ABLE TO REFUND THE SERVICE. THIS WILL END UP IN LEGAL ACTIONS IF REQUESTED.
